「I just want to clarify that the coffee maker is a drip machine that uses round filters. It appears we were not the first guests to buy several types of filters just in case, there is a large stockpile of them above the stove.」

「Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation.」

「Beautiful area and view. The condo could use a bit of tlc. The stairs going to the bedrooms/bathroom had several cracks, chipped paint in the half-bathroom, and kitchen items were disorganized due to lack of space. Not deal breakers by any means, but just things that could be improved upon.」

「Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter.
