"This property was the start of our 2 week break in Florida, what a fantastic place to stay. Great position to wake up to the sunrise and then take the boat out later in the day to see the sunset. Communication throughout was excellent and it seemed as if we had the place to ourselves, the community areas were very quiet."

"Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!"
