“The room was dirty, the lamp didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, under the chair was so dirty and hairy was so gross, the pool was so hot and dirty, hairy and disgusting, over priced, parking was $25 even though you were staying there, dogs barking at all times in their rooms, kids and babies crying at all times of the day. Taxes to death at this place. Will never go back. Left early from our vacation due to unhappiness with this place”

“I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating. The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. The listing and reservation details never indicated that the villa was a two-story unit. There were no photos or information showing that the accommodation had stairs,……

“We had a wonderful stay at Village at Hawks Cay Villas. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the house cool throughout our stay. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Florida Keys!”

“The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.”
