“Room we booked was not available. Took THREE hours (7pm) to get a room but with parking lot view when we booked a water view. Self parking situation is awful. Not enough spots. Management was condescending and took forever to come out and resolve issue the room issue. Front desk staff were non caring, emotionless people. Grounds were nice. Stayed here four years ago and had an issue with room as well but not this bad! Will never stay here again. Management refunded us 50% of the room cost……

“The dryer did not work properly, had to dry one small load five times. The freezer could not keep ice cream melted. The fridge could not keep yogurt cold. The property just needs a total redo as far as up keep. The showers, the baseboards, cracks with pieces falling in the bedrooms. I would not go back.”

“Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter. Landscaping……
