「We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was...

「Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation.」

「Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...

「Excellent host, great location, great amenities, tidy & reasonably clean. Our host, Ana, had a booklet which includes everything from A-Z about the accomodations & area. The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. We would have given 5-stars, except for the lack of attention to the cleanliness of some areas of the kitchen and...

「Very nice house, nicely decorated and clean. The children really enjoyed being on the canal, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Plenty of room for our boat on the nice dock. We checked out the pool that was a drive down to Key Colony Beach area but did miss having our own pool at the house for our convenience. Our host was always available and helpful with any questions.」

「Our family recently stayed at this wonderful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for a vacation focused on snorkeling, fishing, and relaxation, and it exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and served as the perfect retreat for our family. The air conditioning kept the home beautifully comfortable throughout our stay. 「The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. We flew in, and did not pack to supply our own towels, nor did we expect to have to do laundry every single day of our vacation, although we definitely don’t mind...
