“We had a great time staying here. The beds weren't the most comfy ones, but the rest is good. ”

“Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's……

“Let me start by saying this property has a potential to be wonderful. The layout and water sports were fantastic. The first night we arrived. The shower was dripping loudly and we had to try to shut the door so we could sleep. We complained at the front desk and they text us a link to say we had to contact maintenance ourselves. The maintenance person did not show up to the next day and all they did was tell us that we had to take the extra handle and lay it on the ground so it wouldn’t drip.……

“This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !”

“Convenient location. Housekeeping staff communication was a little lacking...nice clean outdoor pool. Kayak & bike rental included.”

“The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies……

“The decor was updated a bit but then dated in other areas. The balcony cushions had stains and the carpet needed to be replaced. ”

“The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.”
