This was a really cute place to stay. Only complaint I have is our bathroom was incredibly small and slightly dirty still and the beds had others peoples hair in them which is pretty off-putting. I’m not super grossed out bc i just assume the mop left things behind or the hair just got tangled up in the linens bc of the washing machine, but I can see other people having a big issue with this. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, the decks were so cool to fish off and see all the jelly fish. A great property with a lot of potential.

I booked the resort after reviewing the ratings and photos, and it looked like a really nice place. When I arrived, I was impressed by the grounds—they are beautiful. However, the rooms could use a thorough refresh, and the exterior of the buildings would benefit from some touch-ups as well. I’m sure the resort was wonderful at one point, and with better maintenance and updates, it could be again. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Best, Joe

Only thing wrong with room was microwave door stuck shut , and would put a regular type coffee maker in room .ther have dog friendly area , and very close to Dolphin research location. And Curry state park. Good location.

The price was great compared to all the other hotels in Marathon. The grounds were nice but needed some maintenance as well as the rooms. I only stayed one night and just needed a place to spend the night. I would definitely stay here again for the price but not so much for the comfort.

Stayed in room 21, very clean, beautifully decorated with cottage feel. Very comfortable beds. Nice linen. No amenities but peaceful hideaway overall.

We love that the rooms are set up for coffee and light meal prep. Plenty of tables outside to eat at as well and lots of green space for kids and dogs! Rooms are always clean and with late check in codes are shared for easy access to your room.

Loved this property! Laid back and very clean. Small and quaint and just what I was looking for in our stay. In the Keys! Location was not to far from anything we wanted to do! Cameron was so helpful! Would recommend this place!

The property room and amenities were nicely maintained at felt clean and comfortable. The view of the golf from the balcony was lovely. I would stay here again.
