Everything about my stay was absolutely incredible. It was very easy to check in and find my room even though I got there after the office was closed. There is a really nice dock to sit on by the water. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Staff was awesome. Room was good; seemed to be under construction a bit, but that did not hinder the good experience. Overall clean, safe and plenty of space for a fam of 4. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Marathon area.

The room has been completely renovated and was extremely clean, with all we needed. Only issue: an improvement to the wifi would be greatly appreciated because it is really bad right now.

This was a great stay. Even though it’s cheaper, it was a fantastic value for the price. Clean rooms, great access to their free kayaks which we used to kayak right in front of the property to see all these big beautiful houses. We LOVED our stay. Definitely would book again if we visited the Florida Keys area.

Nice surprise.

The owners are putting in time and money into updating the 2 story 8 room building. They are doing 2 rooms at a time and i saw one of the completed rooms and its very nicely done, new furnishings, AC, flooring walls and ceilings. The kitchettes are baths are nice too. Also the facilities, and grounds are well kept. I would stay here again.

Our refrigerator smelled RANCID!! Like severely rotten seafood. The smell of our room was bad, but borderline tollerable. There were bad stains around the A/C unit and seemed to have a ammonia type smell. Aside from that, our room was extremely clean & nice. Due to the nasty smells, I don't think we'd ever stay here again.
