“I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back”

“This was a nice place to get away from the urban Key West. The staff was very friendly and solved any issues regardless of the time (noisy neighbor, needed blanket) and the shore was close by. There was staff routinely monitoring the beach and property so it was very secure. The location has easy access to restaurants and shops if you have a car. The large pool had a bar / food and the property has a nice restaurant. The breakfast is cook to order pancakes and omelets, very……

“Love the quirkiness of it. Very much the old Florida look with a modern vibe. It made you feel like you’re in the keys. The front desk attendant was great she was very helpful and friendly. Room T has a great view of the water. Perfect for a couple. Will be back.”

“This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit.”

“The hotel was in the mist of redoing it's landscaping by adding gaint palm trees and some new boat docks, but it didn't interfere with the overall feel of the place. We enjoyed the free paddle boards and pool. Its also located on a beautiful part of the Keys”

“Good place for the price ...is a Comfortable place with kitchenette and free breakfast, bicycle and kayak . My only concern was the internet, the signal was weak.”

“There were a lot of activities to do with the kids during summer break. They have 3 big pools. The property was Right on the ocean. The Staff was very nice.”

“They were not able to accommodate for a later check-in due to a delayed flight and pretty much told me to screw myself while not allowing me to get any sort of refund at all. Hotels need to deliver hospitality and accommodate for their clients. If you’re going to not allow me to check in then give me a refund. Horrible service and now my money is gone and I didn’t even stay there.”

“The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.”

“Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. We were especially impressed by how quiet and peaceful it was throughout our stay. Book the room. It is worth it!”

“This place is in poor condition, pool water as well. Staff attempted to charge me early check in without making us aware. Checked in 30 min prior to their 3:00. Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !”
