“The place is beautiful”

“This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit.”

“This is our third time staying at this property, and our previous visits were absolutely wonderful. That's exactly why we chose to return for our Fourth of July vacation with our little ones. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We were initially assigned to Condo 30209, which was in unacceptable condition. Because of its poor condition, we requested to be moved. We were then assigned to Condo 40203, but unfortunately, it was even worse. The oven was filthy, exposed……

“Very relaxing and low key spot with lots of fun outdoor amenities, staff got us into our room early and were super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.”

“The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”

“I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. Thank you!”

“This place is in poor condition, pool water as well. Staff attempted to charge me early check in without making us aware. Checked in 30 min prior to their 3:00. Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !”

“Pets are not allowed with respect to people with allergies. Everything was lovely. In between events it seems pretty empty. We stayed 4 nights and saw only 6 others. We had the most peaceful and relaxing time.”

“It was a beautiful place. Staff helpful, it was clean and general excellent. The hidden fees added to the cost. No free breakfast that is usual available from Hilton. Extra 50 a day for the resort, 28 for car parking, resort fee for every purchase. No availability to use cash. All adds up in the cost.”
