「The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

「"We were looking for a comfortable place for our family to gather while attending and celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Ross Veterinary School, held at the University of Miami. This home was perfect—centrally located, clean, and spacious enough for all of us. The pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to unwind between graduation events. We truly enjoyed our stay!"」

「I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. 「This property was just as descriped and pictured on the site. There's tons of natural lighting. More than enough space to accommodate a large party. Clean, bright and the communication between us and the owners we second to none. Cleanbright. 」

「Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place.」

Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. 「Bethsy is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life! She fully stocked the entire house with several things such as shampoo, body wash, first aid kit, condiments for food, coffee etc. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Standing glass shower and a hot tub in the backyard! Me and my boyfriend grilled almost everyday and took full advantage of the beautiful patio. 「We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids.
