「What you see in the pictures is exactly what we got. Everything in the aqua lodge was in like new condition. Dishes, pots and pans, glasses, flooring, furniture and window coverings and bedding, including mattresses, was all in like new condition. Very comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff. The only negative was no pool at the location. You can go to the key colony beach club. Overall was a great choice.」

「Rooms only have double beds not actual queens. Found cockroaches in the bed. No bike rental as advertised. Pickle ball and tennis courts are not usable. Breakfast is just jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches and juice. Honestly when the pool was actually open was the best part. Would not stay again unless desperate.」

「I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. Good people help good people. Thank you Tranquility!」
