Host John was excellent, extremely communicative with all necessary instructions prior to arrival, and property manager Steve was prompt in responses to the couple of questions we had about bicycle and beach chair rentals. Everyone on property was pleasant and helpful, bar was great, food on property was great, would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting the FLA KEYS! "
