The AC at my room was extremely noisy, it woke us up many times at night. The service for breakfast at its restaurant was very slow, we waited 40' just for someone to take our order and the place wasn't full. The resort fee $60 PER DAY includes one welcome drink but noone offered it, we just read it after 2 days in the general information

Love the property and everything is perfect except they need more lighting in the room and pillows need to be softer. They had also advertised activities for Labor Day but were not provided and big game of UM and Notredame but channel not accesible in bar area… they should have been prepared for this game. We do love the resort and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay Amara Cay.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Room was spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and they go to extreme lenghts to make sure guests have everything they want and need.

Loved this place! Staff is super friendly & helpful. Rooms & common areas are clean. Close to many known, really good restaurants. The food at the tiki bar is also very good. Watch out for iguanas & squirrels, they're on the friendly (& hungry) side. Fun to look at.
