There were times when we felt like it may fall in on us as the family above sounded like they were jumping around at all times of the night. Our bathroom had mold all over the ceiling over the tub and toilet, we had water dripping steadily from ceiling and they didn’t care! 「The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty subpar. The carpet was in very poor condition, and lots of active (hopefully) drywall/paint repairs were in progress. Also we had to change outlets for the mini fridge as the one it was plugged into wasn’t working and caused the freezer to be melting/leaking water on the floor. A clean outdated room doesn’t bother me, but rooms needing repairs, and being used to accommodate me in the meantime doesn’t seem like good practice. I frequent...

「My spouse and I stayed Thursday-Sunday and we had such a nice time! We had our little kitchenette which was perfect for the two of us, nice table and chairs to sit and play games and a very cozy bed! We were about 5 minutes from the beach (accessible from a trail connecting to the hotel) so we made quite a few trips over to find sand dollars and rocks! 「We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday!
