“Wow! Is all that really can be said. The natural beauty of this hotel are what other places spend thousands of dollars trying to recreate. Located on the river banks with nothing else in sight, thoughtfully manicured grounds giving way to the Belizean jungle. You truly can feel away from it all. The hotel offers a lot to do on-site as well canoeing on the river, mini golf, a swimming pool, spa services, hikes around the property and a good restaurant with bar. “It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. I'd still highly recommend it.”

“The lodge was seclusive but had all the basic amenities that you would need. We loved that we were in a jungle environment and woke up with nature everyday. The staff were very helful and friendly and made our stay welcoming. Fiona's Cafe had amazing food for breakfast and dinner, with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay very much! ”

“Everything was state of the art. We travel to Belize all the time and the amenities here were above and beyond what we are used to. The sunrise view is amazing. There is a Chinese market around the corner where we were able to purchase everything we wanted for breakfast and plenty of restaurants nearby. The ATM cave is about 45 minutes away, 10 minutes from Guanacaste, and not too far from cave’s branch. I definitely recommend Ansen’s Place when staying in Belmopan.”

“Very convenient and clean hotel at a great price! It’s right in the middle of town where everything is! I also love that you get free access to the pool at the Midas hotel as well! Would 100% recommend.”
