"The house was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and fans in the living and bedrooms helped beat the heat. The beds very comfortable with plenty of towels. The location was perfect for visits to our favorite stops in New Harbor, Boothbay, Port Clyde and Camden. We enjoyed the quiet evenings and the view of the river from the house. The kitchens has all the pots and pans, plates and utensils for the simple food preparation we needed. The hosts were very reponsive and acommodating to any questions, which was very much appreciated. We plan to return for another visit!"

"We loved our stay at Bayberry Lakehouse. The home was stocked with everything we needed! We moored our Ski boat out front and spent the week biking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, cooking great meals, relaxing at the fire pit, and enjoying this lovely slice of Maine. It was the perfect place to come as a family, could not have asked for a better place."

"This is a charming property with a great location to explore Maine. Laura is a very responsive host. We had one request which she facilitated immediately. We were comfortable with the sitting area. The kitchen is well stocked. The surrounding property has a beautiful garden. This property is ideally suited for one person or a couple. We hope to return again."

"This is a good property for those who really want to get away from it all for a while. It takes adjustment for others not prepared but you will love the quiet and the property owners are very accommodating. Just be prepared if you need electronic devices."

"You can certainly tell the property was very, very old....tons of character for sure! A total step back in time, but there were some great modern conveniences; heat pumps, electronic locks for check in and for the rooms, wifi. The host was very accomodating. The room and common areas were clean and inviting."
