“Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy”

“A group of 4 of us spent a weekend in Porterville. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The host was very responsive (ie we’d asked for a drip coffee set-up last time, and this time it was right there with filters and ground coffee!) I recommend it for the quiet, space, and comfort.”

“We loved the house. Plenty of beds + roll out bed in closet (we didn't use it, so unsure how it sleeps). But the house is so clean & well decorated. The views are great. We fell in love with the house & the mini-market just down the hill. I loved the back-rollers, the yoga gear, and LOVED the sauna. The sauna holds 2, and wad perfect on a winter afternoon after hiking. I hope this house stays on VRBO longer. You're gonna love it.”

“A step above sleeping naked in the woods.. Owners did not disclose in the up front description that they limited internet usage during the stay - owner turned off the internet service in the middle of my stay. The property was not properly cleaned in the inside and outside - the owners can see on their video that we have to remove thick spider webs from the entire outside area - the inside was also filled with spiderwebs. The call for additional bath towels was not granted - the owners knew……

“First, you can’t sleep 8 there. Glad, we only had 6. The futon definitely kinda grungy and will sleep one. Second, not enough towels and pillows. Third, No doors to all rooms except one. Fourth, the bathroom with the tub, it’s tall. When getting out of it. I slipped. Almost hit my head.”
