“We had two extra nights to stay on the west side of the island. We were so happy with our choice. Convenient to Steps Bch, downtown Rincón, and centrally situated on the East side, the location is perfect. Everything is secured via 4 digit codes so no keys to keep up with. The unit is in a neatly kept neighborhood, and the unit is cozy but extremely clean and well-organized. I swam in the pool both mornings, very nice and well-kept. Outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing and grill was easy……

“The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed.”

“We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must……

“This property was priced very well for location...it was quiet, isolated from the hustle, and easily close to the poblado and Boqueron balneario. We appreciated that it had a pool in the back of the property for some privacy and spacious parking as well. This is a must place for you to stay...we got kind of lucky as we were the only ones staying as I believe there are between 3-4 suites for short stays. Overall, a great experience and fantastic host where communication was spotless, prompt, and……

“Everything in the house was great the only issue is the house only had AC in the bedrooms and if you wanted to sit and watch TV or just hang out around the house it’s too hott especially when you’re traveling with little children or elderly person. We had to run out and buy a fan. Beside this issue the house and host was great.”
