“We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go……

“Excellent experience in every way!! The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting outside on the deck listening to the sound of the birds and the little stream. The pool and the pool area was clean, had plenty of lounge chairs and proper safety equipment was close by, if needed. The property is close to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails etc. It’s very quiet, so a great place to relax. Our host communicated with us promptly and gave us all of the……
