Il est situé à proximité immédiate d'un petit libre-service et d'une boulangerie de bonne qualité, auxquels on se rend à pied. Il est très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité Nous étions deux et à mon avis, il ne faut pas être plus nombreux pour rester dans un bon confort .Une suggestion toutefois à la place du portant à vêtement dans la chambre, il serait bien qu'il y ait des rayonnages pour qu'on puisse vider les valises, les placards étant grandement occupés par les couettes des literies et le matériel. De la terrasse où on prend les repas, une vue magnifique sur le lac, l'église de Duingt et les montagnes. L'accueil réservé par Sophie était parfait, tout s'est déroulé facilement et dans une ambiance sympathique. Je recommande cet appartement pour son emplacement .

The location is amazing and we took advantage of the wakeboarding school. It was quiet, which is what we were looking for. We enjoyed one lunch in the restaurant at the beach bar next door and used the supermarket nearby everyday. Being at the back of the building was a little disappointing, however we still had a view of the lake, just not uninterrupted as the pictures show. We did book last minute so to be expected. The dining table and chairs in the one bed apartment made it crowded. A better suggestion would be more modern space saver type furniture.
