Bel appartement, moderne, bien situé.A l'usage, quelques bémols concernent sa fonctionnalité.Un point noir lié au contexte de fortes chaleurs: absence de clim. Le palliatif "offert" par les 2 ventilateurs n'était qu'un pis aller bien insuffisant.En terme d'entretien " peut mieux faire" est un doux euphémisme.Dans ce contexte, rapport qualité/prix passable ! il est vrai que ce type de location supporte nécessairement des frais annexes conséquents.Quant au séjour, un bel enchantement à tous égards, dans une région de France que l'on peut qualifier d'attractive et de particulièrement favorisée.
