Fantastic studio on the lake

Our second stay at the studio. Fantastic spot right on the lake in the lovely Duingt village with all you need. Safe parking and great WiFi for working. The agency are also incredibly helpful. We will be back.

Fantastic lake side apartment

Lovely apartment right on the lake with parking and all amenities nearby. Will be back! The photos cleverly showed the apartment looking like separate rooms however it is a studio so one single room with bed kitchen and living room, we loved it.

Delightful

A delightful situation, we will treasure the memories of all those breakfasts and dinners on the balcony, overlooking the lake, with mountains in the background. Well equipped studio flat, ideal for the 2 of us.

My stay here was cut short, due to construction on the beachfront, but the property manager promptly gave me the option to stay at another property. I do hope to come back to this studio because the views are unbeatable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect location

Great little studio with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The flat has everything you need, it’s ideal for a couple. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is practical. It does need air con though. The direct avenue access to the lake is amazing. It’s also close to some food shops and restaurants in Duing.

The apartment was fantastic. There was everything you need for a stay. Enough space for 2 people. Especially nice was that you hat your own private bathing area. It is wonderful to sit in the balcony. The view over the water to the mountains was incredible. There is a delicious bakery at duingt and a large Carrefour Market for shopping in the near. There are good restaurants in and around duingt. We would have liked to stay longer. This apartment is very nice and the people are very nice.

Lovely clean studio on 3rd floor and really comfortable queen sized bed and cushions..

Great balcony - just need a lamp in the evening. Superb view of the lake and great access to swim there with our dog without having to go to a crowded beach. Great to have secured parking opposite building and steps underground road to access actual building. Not so easy with suitcases. Excellent bakery in the village. Attention with dogs : certain residents do not like dogs on the grass anywhere inside the gates - best to cross the road. However, no restrictions mentioned. Highly recommend and although a little expensive all cleaning included and well worth it. Remember to. book restaurants, order pizzas in advance by telephone to avoid long delays.

Magnifique séjour dans un cadre ydillique

Bonjour Sophie nous avons passé un super séjour chez vous. Évidement la vue est superbe, cette impression de pilotis au dessus de l'eau est fabuleuse. Pouvoir venir avec notre loulou aussi. la mise a l'eau pour notre canoe aussi c'était le grand luxe. Pour les choses a améliorer : - Une TV connectée pour avoir accès au applications canal +, Netflix & co - chauffe eau salle de bain petit, après un bain nous ne pouvons plus nous rincer à l'eau chaude - La deco pourrait être améliorée au vu de la prestation : thème Annecy et ses montagnes environnantes par exemple ? Bien à vous et merci pour cette expérience :)
