“We stayed two nights, before and after our safari. Staff were fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to arrange. We ate well and had two fun nights in the hotel bar. There was no need to venture out of the hotel premises.”

“Service and Resturant are good. The owners have forgotten to maintain the property. Stayed twice. Both rooms have broken tiles, drain problems, water taps are all broken. Windows don’t close properly. Sewer smells coming from drains. Broken spring in mates stick out. Need a construction man around to fix things. ”

“Has all the amenities you would need maybe check out can be a little later but staff is very flexible and nice. My room smelled a little of mildew and the bedsheets but it’s humid overall great place still for the price it’s fair. ”

“Decent mid-range hotel in convenient location in city centre of Arusha…main drawbacks are inaccuracies Expedia lists for this hotel. Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included. ”

“Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend. ”

“I came early and they allowed me to check in before noon. Friendly staff asked me did I need mosquito spray at night. Nice location near the centre.”

“The Palace Hotel requires updating especially the rooms. Faded Grandeur. The lift is hit and miss. The restuarant has 2 menus however the staff only give al a carte ...although they do have a snack menu. Customer service needs to be looked into. When I questioned i did notice staff had taken off I.D badges off so i was difficult to assess. Found the staff to be quite rude and dismissive. Not an enjoyable stay im afraid. ”
