Great location, new and clean property with everything you could need. Walkable to many restaurants and entertainment. Only complaint is more parking would be wonderful, but due to location limitations are understandable.

This apart-hotel was more than I expected. I was able to sit and watch the sunrises over Lake Superior, was only a walk across the bridge to shops and restaurants and had quiet rest at night. Everything was the epitome of clean! I will be booking here with every Duluth visit!

Absolutely beautiful property and ideal location. Immaculate and contemporary design and amenities with a fantastic kitchen. Management team is very professional and responsive. My favorite rental so far!
