Close to the Dumaguete airport. Staff will get you a trike if you need transportation. The hotel has a nice pool, good breakfast, and the rooms were nice.

We stayed here just one night as we were travelling through Dumaguete, but I would definitely stay here again. Our flight arrived way before check in and they let us hang out in the pool area and had luggage storage while we waited for our room to be ready. The on-site restaurant was delicious and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The beds were also super comfy-would definitely stay here again!

You could hear kids yelling while in the pool although they have a great pool. My air condition was not working one night and they immediately replaced the AC unit and started working great.

Hotel very well

This hotel is new, so everything is clean and with nice design. You have some restaurant around. My room was clean and bed comfortable.

Second time staying at this property. Staff was excellent and attentive. They even offered to warm up our leftover meals from other restaurants. Very nice service. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property.

Other than the hotel, there are limited dining options within walking distance, other than a couple of small Lechon shacks. This is a very convenient place to stay if you are just transferring to and from the airport in Dumaguete. This is the fifth hotel I’ve stayed in in the last four weeks and it is the best one of them all I would recommend this place to stay. The layout of the hotel, the staff and the services provided have been very well thought out.

Is a nice place to stay

This place checks all the boxes of comfortable place to stay. It is very clean, well appointed furnishings and amenities in the room (fridge, kettle, bar sink etc), comfortable beds and nice bedding/pillows, good functioning air con, windows that open and balcony to allow fresh air, central location, friendly and kind staff, quality breakfast and room service (or pool side), plenty of water on each floor in water dispensers, functioning hot water in the shower, good cable TV options and smart TV for streaming, fast reliable wi fi, the list goes on… nothing was left to be desired. It is clear the staff and ownership clearly cares about its guests. We will stay again when in Dumaguete.

We enjoyed our stay at Rovira very much. The staff was wonderful and they were very accommodating to us after our plans for the day fell through due to an illness. Basically, we needed a place to stay until 7:00 pm and their rules are they will charge 200 pesos an hour from noon to 4:00 for a late check out which I found to be very fair. Anything after 4:00 and the full room rate would be charged. After explaining my situation, the manager agrees to charge me the corporate rate for the day which was much cheaper than the regular price. They even went so far to charge me this reduced rate for the previous night when we stayed there. I thought their customer service was outstanding and we will stay there again if/when we return to Dumaguete.

The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall. Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money. Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.

Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand.

The sink in the room next to the coffee maker was great. Nice small balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. A foot-washing tub. And the staff kindly brought Lysol spray when the trash smoke from the neighborhood was too much for my sensitive nose. An airport shuttle service is the only thing lacking.
