「DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel. They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through.」

「Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area. 」

「Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. 」

「Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.」
