“Perfectly off the highway near convent places & was super clean”

“It just seemed like maintenance was lacking a little and not much had been fixed/upgraded since we had been there 4 years ago.”

“The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. The only thing that was wrong was the mental……

“It was pretty good. We didnt even get a chance to check out the pool or gym or anything. The elevators were having problems and parking a block down the street in a rundown parking lot that also had elevator issuesis a pain,especially if you are in a hurry. Our room in general was not in great shape. The staff was friendly.”

“We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.”

“The property itself was very outdated and not the most clean but it served its purpose for a family friendly, pet friendly stop on a road trip. The pool area needs work and the rooms were not clean at all, stains on carpeting and curtains but bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was really pleasant and a lot of offerings. The staff was so helpful and friendly, providing a basketball for my kids to play on the court and when I inquired about an ice maker to fill my cooler the kitchen……
