“Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……

“The stove doesnt work, it took almost one hour to try to fix and then change room. The reception girl can speak Cantonese and helpful. The room then upgraded and we like it. Clean and comfortable room.”

“靠近公眾碼頭去邊都算方便只需要行五至10分鐘就可以抵達鐵路站，房間也舒適，唯一不足就係沒有升降機只可以行樓梯上落，不過會有工作人員幫我們搬行李上落也算非常貼心”

“Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. ”
