Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointed. The entrance of the property was very bad lit, filthy and unclean. It smelled really bad of damp and place not being cleaned for ages. There was no mention of flat being on 3rd floor and that there are no lifts. We had to carry all our suitcase through 4 flights of stairs which were too old to be there and unclean. The front of flat was again bad. All the door locks seemed to broken. Inside the flat hoorver was left in the middle of the entrance along with ditty pillows and sheets on the floor. The ceiling had signs of damp all over. The whole property had a stale smell and air. We all started coughing after few mins of being there. There were hardly any utensils and oven was too dirty to use. I was so disappointed that we couldn't stay there anymore.we all left the property immediately and booked a hotel for our stay
