“We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel.……

“Literally waited 1hr 45mins just to check in. Only to still be charged waterpark passes. No type of compensation or anything. Went into my room to hurry and get changed for the waterpark with my 7 year old daughter and in walks a random woman who was given the same room # as me. Literally walked in while me and my child was undressed!! After being startled I looked around the room there was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Marshmallows on the floor and behind the bed along……

“A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee.”
