「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「The place had some nice touches such as champagne toast upon arrival and the tastings on some of the nights at the neighboring property. The pools were nice and the food and drink were very good. I was disappointed in the room itself. I felt it was not up to the standards for the price charged. It seemed run down and dingy with stains on the walls and cabinets. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. The bed was too small (my mistake for thinking a double would...

「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」
