“The place was at a very good location, literally a minute walk to the subway to New York! The place was very clean as well!”

Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. The parking is in a gated lot and seemed to be very secure. Hans, the owner, was great with communication and generously……

“Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.”

I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good……

“Very good property, large and comfortable, but the cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils left a little to be desired. The biggest problem was the noise and mess generated by guests on the upper floor. This really made us lose a few good hours of sleep.”

“Open floorplan with a bedroom for each kid (2) and a suit for us parents. Large dinning table, clean rooms and plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, we didnt have dish towels. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us.”
