“The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!”

“Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. “I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,……
