However, check in was rather odd - the hotel was closed (at 5pm) so we rang the number on the door. We were greeted with….’We’re not open to the public but I’ll check you in’ - not quite a welcoming experience! 「The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely.
