"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked.
The food was a highlight - we had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, and every meal was delicious with a great view of the mountains!

"Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!"

"Average room with nice extras like a local bar of soap and short bread cookies. Restaurant with two or three course meals and allowance for just starters. Full breakfast included in our reservation was adequate. The carpet and couch seemed old and soiled but overall it was a comfortable stay."
"Minnie is a very friendly and kind host. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for our one night stay.
The continental breakfast was ample and enjoyed at our window looking out over the fantastic lake views."
"We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were excellent as was the bathroom and shower. The morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was very prompt with service. The restaurant next door was handy for dinner with a wide variety of entrees to choose from.
The location is right next to the famous bridge, so you do get a lot of tourists swarming the area, but just up the road there is a short hike to a beautiful little series of cascading falls. The hotel also sits on the road that leads to the Fairy Pools and the Talisker Distillery so getting to those spots is very easy,"
"Atholl house was one of our most favorite stays during our 14 day adventure. From check in to check out we felt so at home and cared for. It is a place you can truly kick back and relax like you are at home. So many thoughtful details have been put into place to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were lovely with wonderful light and healthier options than at other hotels or bed and breakfasts we tried out. Any person with any diet preferences would leave happy. Since we are speaking of food we chose to eat dinner there one evening. We enjoyed dinner thoroughly as well. They are within a very short walking distance to several other nice dinner options. They had a very thorough guide of hikes and places to see while in the area. The rooms had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was a lovely size. Truly it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely book again if I make it back to Scotland!"
