Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!

Our one night stay wasn't long enough. Great hosts, large comfortable well appointed room and lovely view. Good breakfast. Its a little out of town so you need a car.

The breakfast each morning was amazing! 10 pounds per person and worth it. David and Lynn were friendly hosts. There’s a communal sitting area with a fireplace that we hung out at in the evenings where we were able to meet other guests from around the world. Overall it was a great stay!

This place is a gem in the Highlands! David and Lynn are the nicest hosts, and everything has been wonderful, from the beautiful location to the breakfast with anything you could wish for. They provide a form to fill up with your breakfast preferences (veg option very appreciated!) in addition to standard breakfast items, which I find very mindful and smart. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and they have a nice common area with a beautiful view of the river. Yeah, walls can be thin, but the place is very peaceful, so nothing that earplugs can't solve, but again, our only night there was very comfortable. Hope to stay there again!

great breakfast, great location but ultimately not worth £120 per night. my biggest issue with this property is the parking. if you have a small car, easy! but we have a large car & getting through the small entrance & exit way was a difficulty every time plus the trust we put in the other guests to not hit our vehicle was large.

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, wenn man zwei große Koffer dabei hat. Das ist aber der einzige "Kritikpunkt". Alles war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück super lecker und frisch! Ausblick von der eigenen kleinen Terasse am Zimmer Wahnsinn!
