We loved this place! It was clean amd spacious, the staff were soooo helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was the best we had during our time in Scotland. The train station is less than a block away. It was a fabulous stay!

The hotel was very quiet and quaint. The breakfast was good and Ample. There is no lift between floors but the staircase was quite good. There was enough parking for the guests.

The manager was very kind checking us in, and I felt very well taken care of staying with my two daughters here. It was nice having 2 bathrooms in our room. Beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. I was sad that their restaurant was closed at night for dinner; we would have liked to have eaten there. I was also sad that breakfast wasn’t included.

Basic hotel with good standards of cleanliness

Received a warm welcome from the manager . The room was pretty basic but very clean . Tea and coffee provided and shower gel / soap .We had an overnight stop here on the way up to Inverness and it was fine for that. We didn’t eat here but the restaurant was very busy so I assume it must be popular.

Modern with excellent room but no loo brush. No lift and room on second floor for lugging luggage up stairs although help was offered. No evening meal as no chef. Italian style restaurant next door. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer. Hotel very close to loch cruises which was very convenient. Parking limited so bag space early.

Perfect for our family

Isabel checking us in was friendly, quick and couldnt have been more helpful. The room was clean, newly renovated, well appointed and a good size for our family of 6. Perfect location too as we could walk around town and to the river for our cruise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to train station. Short walk to grocery store and local bus to Balmaha. A bit of a walk to the main bus to Fort Williams. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
