「The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.」

「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

Mi reserva era de media pensión y al día siguiente de llegar ( llegamos sobre las 21:00h) me dicen que no me corresponde ni el desayuno ni la cena pq segun ellos solo tengo reservado alojamiento. Tras mostrarles la reserva que yo tenia de alojamiento con media pension para 2 adultos y 2 niños, finalmente nos dejaron lo q yo tenia contratado, pero no conformes me dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com, y q solo estan en booking. 「Großes Haus mit toller Lage - der Blick geht ins Grüne und auf die Berge, es ist absolut ruhig, und Städte wie Bilbao oder San Sebastian sind per Auto oder Zug gut zu erreichen. Das nahegelegene Ermua ist zwar eine ausgesprochen unattraktive Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber ausreichend vorhanden.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit; die Kommunikation funktionierte absolut reibungslos.Warum keine 10 Punkte ? Das Haus ( Belegung: bis zu sechs Personen ) hat uns für zwei Wochen ...

「Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.」
