「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「Hotel is decorated nicely and the rooms are stylish. My room (404) had a slightly odd smell that I couldn’t get rid of - but far worse was the WiFi, which just didn’t work in that room despite me logging out and trying again, etc. Staff said they’d investigate but I didn’t hear anything further. Also found a long dark hair under the pillow when I arrived in the room, so can’t give the hotel very high marks for cleanliness I’m afraid. Overall it was ok but would stay elsewhere on a future visit.」
