「I suppose a good location if visiting the area, but a full service hotel it is not. No Air Con, so open windows is the only relief to disperse heat, but when your room is above a busy roundabout and bus route hub the noise of traffic , vehicle horns and heavy goods vehicles is very loud. The noise is amplified by the shape of the front of the building which allows a conversation at street level to arrive in your room as though a shouting match is taking place.

「Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,」

「I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.)
The room was clean.
The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.」
