Great location and so pretty just driving to condo. The condo was very nice - beautiful updating. Very comfortable and well appointed. Big TV, comfy bed, great shower and relaxing balcony. Will definitely be our “go to” condo when in Durango. Thanks for the nice accommodations!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet, balcony nice. Disposable coffee filter had mold on it, Rancid smell coming from dishwasher, area rug very dirty, mattress pad uncomfortable. Pool and grounds were lovely. No excuse for the moldy filter and dirty rug.

Great place with fantastic views

The room was clean and nice, stocked with everything you need to cook meals do laundry etc. The ac was not working in our room vrc was very responsive and even moved us into a different room for the remainder of our stay. Would definately book with them again. Very enjoyable stay.

Quiet and beautiful

We never turned on the heater or air conditioner because we could create a cross breeze with the door and porch. It was peaceful, the communication with VRC was exceptional and the view was beautiful. We had everything we needed including a wonderful electric pot to heat water and quality body products.

This place was really great and very well decorated and equipped. Everything appears to be recently renovated (kitchen, bathroom, furniture etc). The bed was very comfortable and the high ceiling gives you a lot of room to breath. It has a nice comfy balcony that faces a mountain and golf course fairway. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality pots/pans/utensils and plenty of other bonuses too.
