Beautiful property with amazing views of the mountains. I highly recommend staying at this place. We enjoyed nearby hikes and the drive to Durango is pretty quick. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a great time here!

Mountain Getaway with Amazing Views

Great place to stay, exactly as described. Amazing mountain views right out the windows. This place is about 30 min outside of Durango and provided a quiet, comfortable stay for my family. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves back in the Durango area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our luxury townhome. It was very clean, furnished nicely, had an enclosed garage, had beautiful views, and is conveniently located less than two miles from the Purgatory Ski area.

Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know you how much we enjoyed staying at your townhome in Cascade Village (2D)! Our entire family still cannot stop talking about the amazing experience we all had. Amazing floor plan and amenities, and the location within Cascade Village was just perfect - beautiful view and the only neighbors we had were the marmots - so awesome! Everything from check-in to check-out went so smoothly, and we’re already talking about when we can go back, so we hope we’ll be able to enjoy your beautiful spot again soon. Thank you!

Maes Annual Trip

Our family definitely enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of bed space as well as outside area around the property for the kids to play. We appreciated how well stocked everything was, from the starter kits in the kitchen and bathrooms to the pots & pans and cleaning supplies. We also were surprised at how big the garage was, which had space for both vehicles & snowboarding equipment. The only thing that would have been incredibly helpful is if the front door on the main floor was shoveled/plowed like the surrounding units, it made it harder to carry our belongings up the additional set of stairs.
