Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Durango. Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, an easy ride to some of the best mountain bike trails in the state. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the rooftop hot tubs. The staff is super helpful and the complimentary laundry comes in handy. It was our second stay and we did not realize there were different room layouts- we made it work but be aware.

Nice stay. Great location and the unit had everything we needed. Easy walks to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Unit was clean and a good amount of space.Only issue is that I don’t recall ever seeing anything about pay parking at the property. At check-in I was informed I needed to pay 14.00 a day to park in lot. That should be announced in the listing.
