Great place to relax after a great day in Durango

The property was a great home base for our family as we explored and enjoyed friends in Durango. The pool was terrific and the condo had everything we need.

Super convenient location in Durango! The apartment had everything we needed. Some of the instructions are slightly outdated but once I figured out to find them on the website, everything was explained. The host was very receptive to questions. AC is window units, but it worked fine apartment was Tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in hot tub after our long days of exploring and hiking.

A little walk to get into downtown. The area was very quiet. We had access to the pool and hot tub which was wonderful! No issues at all with anything in the condo or with booking it. The host replied promptly with any question I had. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a little bit of sugar and coffee available. We would definitely stay again!

Durango adventure

This was our third time to Durango and my cousin’s first time from Tennessee. The Durango Silverton train trip never disappoints! Just remember to dress warm as it is always colder when you get there! So many good places to eat and fun shops to explore. Lots of hiking and biking trains. Fun place to visit! The colors were amazing too!!

8th Grade Ski Trip

We were there to join our daughter/sister on a ski trip to Purgatory. I loved the location as it was close to fun places to eat and a college. On a morning walk, I saw a family of deer feeding on the property. The only thing that could have made this stay better was if the hot tub was not frozen over. Not too much you can do about that. Excellent stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Durango.

The starter pack of cleaning products and toiletries was nice touch and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complex was very quiet (in late June) and just a few miles from Main Street. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again.
