Great Relaxing Stay

My husband , daughter and 2 teen grandkids enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, great atmosphere. 1 negative was the lift sitting area needed blinds. Our grandson slept on pullout sofa and at age 12, felt little uncomfortable. Otherwise, would return!

Very nice place

This was just as advertised and perfect for our family of 5. The location in Durango was convenient to everywhere we went. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great condo near Fort Lewis

Easy walkability to campus, near some fun easy hikes and a short drive down to all of the activities in Durango. Comfortable beds, all we needed for our stay.

Durango visit

Very clean, great location. Communication while staying could be better. Could not get tv to work. Information said we needed two remotes. Only had one per tv. Texted but got reply saying would get back within 34 hours. Then response was just the same as in the information we had. Finally got it going. Second remote not needed.

Excellent condo near Ft Lewis College

Loved our stay here. All that Durango offers within close driving distance. Condo is well-maintained. Kitchen well-stocked. during a heat wave, was nice to have air-conditioning, close to common area pool. Would stay again. Communication with owner/management was easy and responsive.

Good visit

The place was great. Just as advertised. Only issue is the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom would switch on and off constantly which made it difficult to stay asleep. We turned it off, but would have preferred to have it running

Good stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciate the property management, there was a water main break nearby and they brought us a couple gallons of drinking water. Stuff happens that is out of everyone's control and it's nice when management goes the extra mile to do what they can. Our kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool at night. Only negative was the window unit upstairs being noisy, turning on and off at night.

Great Condo, Location and Host

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Very good location, close to food and shopping. Condo was as described. There is a washing machine and also plenty of kitchen items for cooking. There are two window units downstairs and a larger portable ac upstairs. It was plenty to keep us cool and we came from over 100 temps. Condo was well stocked also. We rode train up to Silverton, one of the days and did Mild to Wild river rafting another, both great. We plan to come back and use the same hosts.

Great place close to Fort Lewis College

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great home base for our SW Colorado adventures. Our daughter was visiting Fort Lewis and we picked this condo so she could walk back if we were not close by to pick her up at the end of her visit. That worked out perfectly. The condo was perfectly appointed; beds comfortable, lots of spices in the kitchen, etc. We enjoyed our stay and the ability to do some of our own cooking while still being close to town to experience the great restaurants. Since she will be attending FLC next year, I expect we will be staying here often!

PERFECT LOCATION

The condo is located about 1 mile from downtown Durango. You could walk, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Although it’s still fairly close, the condo feels “tucked away” from the hustle-bustle of downtown yet only a 1-2 minute drive away. Walmart is easily accessible and so are the highways. The property has a quiet and relaxing vibe. There is (2) flights of stairs to reach the unit, but if you’re in decent shape - it’s no real biggie! The pool and hot tub were a nice addition (especially for our kids). The condo is a little dated but everything was very CLEAN and well equipped. There was some spices, oil, coffee filters, etc provided as well as some dish soap, a new sponge, and some bathroom essentials. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Good condo but nonfunctional internet

Condo was fine and comfortable but master bedroom is a loft, not an enclosed room; I don't remember for sure what the listing said. The biggest issue was that the internet was so slow that it was completely nonfunctional on all our devices throughout the stay. The property manager gave us instructions to unplug router to reset it but that wasn't the issue. We were connected the whole time but so slow as to not work. We made do but if you have to have internet I would not recommend this property.
