  • The Stonehouse Studio is located in an historic stone building a half block off of Main Avenue in downtown Durango. You can walk to all the shops, restaurants, galleries and bars in minutes from this centrally located apartment. A king size bed, clawfoot tub and shower, and well equipped kitchen provide you with the comforts and conveniences of home. Close to mountain biking, hiking, the river and the Durango Silverton Narrow gauge railway. This property puts you close to everything Durango has to offer. (DURANGO VACATION RENTAL PERMIT #15-088) ...There is off-street parking for one medium-sized or small car.

This beautiful loft was perfect and so close to all the restaurants and coffee shops. If you have a large truck or suv, be prepared to park on the street. Bring a laptop if you want to watch your shows or just enjoy the scenery. The views are amazing and the book collection is great. We had a short 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski resort. So much to do in Durango and surrounding areas. Enjoy!

What a gem! This apartment has everything you need for a stay in Durango. Great location, lovely outdoor space, and a comfortable and stylish interior. Perfect downtown spot

We had a lovely stay at this cozy, art-filled studio. It was a convenient spot for downtown restaurants, galleries and the Durango to Silverton railway. And it gave us a quiet space to decompress after sightseeing.

The Perfect Spot

This cozy location is the perfect spot - downtown, restaurants, shopping, park and more are all just a short walk away. The property manager is very friendly, responsive and always willing to help even if it's just recommending local sites to see.

Cute getaway

My husband and I love to visit downtown Durango every year. This small getaway was perfect with a full kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location couldn't have been better for us.
