We had a great stay in this townhouse with two families and a dog in the beginning of August. The views of the mountains were beautiful and proximity to Durango and Silverton was perfect. Being so close to Purgatory Resort allowed us to use the amenities and enjoy all the summer activities on the mountain. The house had everything you needed and was very cozy!

Awesome family get away

Great property

This property was great. The location is amazing, and the layout of the unit worked perfectly for our family. My only suggestion is that it needs some new pans and cookie sheets in the kitchen. Other than that, everything worked well for us.

Awesome Stay

We love staying here! This was our second time here in the last few years. Great location. There is everything you need for a great ski vacation. I might recommend a little kitchen supply refresh, as well as a bedding refresh. Sheets and pillow cases were clean and just fine but the comforters and shams are showing signs of wear. These are such minor issues though and not ones that made any difference in how much we enjoy staying here. Communication and friendliness of the property managers were incredible as well.

Beautiful place right next to the bunny slope

Wonderful stay for our family....we are locals having a staycation! The property is located immediately next to the street and the bunny slope. It was great for our little dude learning to ski and get back to the condo quick but not so great as the hot tub overlooks the parking lot for the resort. There is no privacy for the hottub until later in the evening when everyone has gone home. Other than that oversight on our part for location or tricky photography options on the website it was a lovely stay!

Spring break

House is perfect for our family of 5. Ski in/ski out location is very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing lunches and dinner each day. The grill on the deck worked well for steaks one night. Hot tub is a nice perk. Only complaints. 1.Had some minor issues with the fireplaces. They need new remotes. 2. Some sort of connection issue with the TV/Netflix in the master bedroom. We notified the property manager multiple times. They right away but no one ever fixed it. bedroom.

The townhome was perfect right on the bunny hill to accommodate our younger skiers and easy access to the upper mountain for the adults. The private jacuzzi was a hit with everyone. I have rented with Durango Premiere Vacations for the last 10 years and am always well taken care of. Thank you for another great stay!

The townhome was perfect for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and the hot tub was a relaxing way to end each evening. The townhome was conveniently situated by the bunny slopes, which was perfect for a family of beginner skiers. We look forward to renting this home again.

Reviewer Comments: The house was good but we have a trouble, in the main room the heater doesn’t work we called to Katy Naylon she sent one guy to fix,he told us that the heater was broken and they can change te complete piece , this thing never happen and also the guy never comeback and we texted Katy again but she never give us an answer , we can’t use this room because was very cold, so we were very angry for this and unsatisfied
