“We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall.”

“The hotel room walls were white and covered with hand prints and smeared dirt. The garbage can was directly outside my door and overflowing. The pool and hot tub look green and dirty. The guests were noisy until 2am, pounding on the adjacent wall. The water was turned off for an hour or more and I was in able to take a shower. When the water was turned back on it ran cold for 2 minutes before it began to warm up. Never warmed to a comfortable shower temperature!!”
