Nicely remodeled, great layout. Comfortable beds and couch, kitchen well equipped. Large table to gather around. Small outside deck with table and chairs. Some road noise but it was cool enough at night to shut windows and quieted the noise.

The condo description said there was a fire pit and hot tub. There was not. They are currently being removed and possibly replaced. We loved the location and access to the garage to park our bikes and fishing gear. Good access down the back deck to the jacuzzi which was very clean and well maintained thanks to JD. We requested a blender and it was delivered within a few days, great! We enjoyed our stay, but would have loved to have a BBQ grill on the back deck or below.

Town home. Needles Colorado

The access was good and the home was easy to find. The overall property was nice but they need to spray for spiders. It would also be nice to have a portable air conditioner unit for upstairs for it would get hot in that area. Please replace the sheets on the king bed for there was a tear as well as holes in the top sheet. The carpet downstairs was stained in numerous places also. Other than those items the place was fine.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were good during our stay in the middle of June 2024. Beds were comfy. Lots of puzzles, games and books on hand to keep anyone busy. Kitchen appliances were good, although it was difficult to figure out how to cook on that electric stove. There were spiders in the corners near the front door. They should do a quick touch-up and vacuum the corners before new groups arrive. Hot tub was broken the whole time and maintenance said it would be a few weeks before it would be working again (we chose this place because of the hot tub). Kitchen had no towels and the coffee maker dripped very slowly. Patio door was hard to get open. Other than those things, it was nice and we would stay there again because it was so close to hiking, biking and it felt secluded.

Great place to stay close to Durango

We stayed there on our family trip to Arizona, spent 3 days in Durango. Beautiful neighborhood and good location with proximity both to the mountains and to Durango as well. Condo is comfortable for a family and well taken care of.
