“The renovated barn with two bedrooms, a large living room, bath, laundry room, and kitchen was a welcome relief after our days of sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped with what was needed to fix meals and snacks. The outdoor area was full of interesting plants and trees and plenty of room for my dog to run and play. The two owners are wonderful to be around and cared that our stay was satisfactory. Although it is somewhat close to a road, there are massive bushes hiding view of the road……

“A truly fantastic place to stay in Bergerac. Perfect location with plenty of free parking nearby. The apartment is very spacious and cool inside even when the temperature is very hot outside. We had a very warm welcome from Clare who is very attentive. We couldn’t recommend Clare’s place enough if you want to enjoy a perfect break in Bergerac with spectacular views and sunsets. “We liked the property and the great location near the main center of town attractions. All walkable. Showers were nice. Kitchen was fully stocked but the stovetop was interesting to learn how to use (You Tube). I can see where the deck outside would be very useful most of the year. The only parking is pay parking so that should be clear but it is very close and sometimes in front of the building. Around 11 Euros per night and plenty of spaces. We used Bergerac as a central base to sortie out……

“Very cool ( literally) Appartement in the Center of Bergerac. Location is great, as it is central but not loud.Another plus is the parking garage close by.We enjoyed our stay very much.The only minor critique is that due to the „jacusi“- we did not try - there is hardly place to sit outside.”

“Très bon séjour. Le logement, situé au milieu des vignes donc au calme, est très bien équipé, il contient tout le nécessaire, 2 chambres spacieuses. Nous n'avons échangé avec le propriétaire que par message, mais néanmoins il était très réactif. La région est magnifique, je ne m'en lasse pas et on y mange et boit très bien. En résumé, nous avons passé (4 adultes) un superbe séjour et en plus, cerise sur le gâteau, il a fait beau et chaud ce week-end là !!!”
