「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. 「Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!」

「Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.」

「Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.」

「The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels.」

「Stayed three nights here and only had positive experiences. Close enough to campus yet peaceful without downtown noise interference. Having an accessible shower greatly improved my stay due to mobility challenges Parking remained open late making returns hassle-free too」

「Great place very friendly host」

「The clear picture of the TV paired with low volume levels made it easy not to disturb sleep at night.」

「We enjoyed our stay, the location and view was amazing. Easy ck in, easy ck out. Chelsea was great. The only problem I had was the comfort of the furniture. My son and I stayed 4 days, he is 6'2", therefore I had to use the guest room, with a twin trundle bed, as it was way too short for him. The primary room bed was comfortable. The trundle bed is not. I would suggest putting a comfortable larger guest bed in that room that is for an adult. The L shaped sofa is comfortable on top, but way too...
